What you will do

• Shape and execute the strategic roadmap for the Internal Consulting function in alignment with firm-wide priorities.
• Lead and oversee a portfolio of complex, enterprise-wide transformation programs with global scope.
• Serve as a senior advisor to executive leadership, influencing enterprise-level decisions and governance.
• Build, lead, and mentor a diverse, high-performing team of consulting professionals.
• Drive the evolution of operating models, methodologies, and service offerings across the firm.
• Collaborate with business sponsors to align people, processes, and technology for successful transformation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in major consulting firms leading large-scale financial services engagements.
• Proven track record in leading Change Management initiatives and managing large-scale technology projects.
• Experience managing diverse, global teams and a passion for coaching and mentoring.
• Strong proficiency in project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and Lean.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Must be able to work from the Atlanta office four days per week.
