Senior Director, Internal Consulting

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; hybrid work with at least four full days per week in an hirify.global office

What you will do

• Shape and execute the strategic roadmap for the Internal Consulting function.
• Advise business and technology executives and influence enterprise-level decisions.
• Lead a portfolio of global, enterprise-wide transformation programs and ensure measurable business outcomes.
• Build and develop a diverse, high-performing consulting team across regions.
• Evolve consulting operating models, methodologies, and service offerings.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define initiative strategies, business cases, and execution plans.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of combined experience in consulting, change management, large-scale technology projects, team leadership, and technology-business alignment.
• Experience as a manager in a major consulting firm leading large-scale financial services engagements.
• Experience managing diverse teams and coaching or mentoring professionals.
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Lean methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, or a similar field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, analysis, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Asset management industry experience.
• Experience in asset management or technology consulting engagements.
• Master's degree.
• Global management experience.
