What you will do
- Shape and execute the strategic roadmap for the Internal Consulting function in alignment with firm-wide priorities.
- Lead and oversee a portfolio of complex, enterprise-wide transformation programs with global scope.
- Serve as a senior advisor to executive leadership, influencing enterprise-level decisions and governance.
- Build, lead, and mentor a diverse, high-performing team of consulting professionals.
- Drive the evolution of operating models, methodologies, and service offerings across the firm.
- Collaborate with business sponsors to align people, processes, and technology for successful transformation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in major consulting firms leading large-scale financial services engagements.
- Proven track record in leading Change Management initiatives and managing large-scale technology projects.
- Experience managing diverse, global teams and a passion for coaching and mentoring.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and Lean.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Must be able to work from the Atlanta office four days per week.
