Implementation Engineer (Healthcare)

Salary: $128,000 - $140,000 a year

What you will do

• Identify client core service requirements and manage high-quality builds and scripting to meet deadlines.
• Provide technical input, recommendations, and demonstrations to achieve client outcomes.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, sales, and support teams for successful implementations.
• Identify and implement process improvements through scripting and builds.
• Coach team members on product knowledge and technical skills.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related (or equivalent) + 2+ years in implementation engineering.
• Advanced Python and SQL programming; experience with relational databases (SQL Server/Oracle).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and APIs for third-party integrations.
• Experience with Atlassian Suite, SmartSheet, SalesForce, or similar project tools.
• Strong analytics, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS proficiency.
• Knowledge of EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, Athena).
• Experience with DataDog and Splunk monitoring.
