Salary: $113,000 – $126,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement MDM solutions, primarily using IBM MDM Standard Edition.
• Perform data profiling and analysis using Python, Excel, and other analytical tools.
• Develop complex queries, stored procedures, and DML/DDL using MS SQL, Oracle, or DB2.
• Build backend functionality using Core Java, Python, and Shell Script.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into business terms.
• Mentor junior team members and provide effort estimations for RFPs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 5-7 years of IT experience with a focus on MDM or patient identity matching.
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience with IBM MDM Standard Edition.
• Proficiency in Core Java, Python, and Shell Script.
• Strong experience with MS SQL, Oracle, or DB2 databases.
• Intermediate experience with cloud technologies (AWS or Azure) and knowledge of ETL processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD integration.
• Knowledge of data modeling, data mining, and large-scale enterprise MDM implementation.
• Experience with enterprise Java development using EJB and Spring Boot.
• Experience migrating on-premise systems to the cloud.
