What you will do

• Build, maintain, and optimize reliable data pipelines using SQL, dbt, and Python.
• Build and optimize ontology graph database using CosmosDB and Gremlin.
• Utilize agentic AI to automate pipeline development and identify automation opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to transform and structure data for business needs.
• Implement data testing, observability, documentation, and monitor data quality.
• Maintain data infrastructure including orchestration, CI/CD, and cloud environments like Azure.

Requirements

• 5+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or ontology engineering.
• 1+ years building medical ontologies in graph databases like CosmosDB or Neo4j.
• Strong Python for ETL and automation; expert SQL; proficiency in Gremlin, dbt, Git.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), event-based systems (Kafka, Pub/Sub).
• Understanding of data architecture, dimensional modeling, performance tuning.
• Experience in agile teams, CI tests, monitoring, debugging; ability to multitask in fast-paced environment.
