What you will do

• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, support, sales, and marketing to enhance end-to-end customer experience.
• Define and prioritize improvements in installation, setup, onboarding, usability, and operational workflows.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and roadmap priorities.
• Identify user journey friction and drive solutions to improve adoption, time to value, and usability.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure reliable, scalable experiences aligned with enterprise needs.
• Support product launches by preparing internal teams via product marketing and enablement.

Requirements

• 3+ years as product manager or similar role on software products
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical teams
• Ability to break down complex problems into actionable product requirements
• Customer focus on onboarding, usability, and operational experiences
• Solid understanding of product management fundamentals and modern software development processes

Nice to have

• Experience with installation, onboarding, administration, or platform workflows
• Familiarity with enterprise software, infrastructure, or systems products
• Experience working with support or customer-facing teams on product friction
• Technical background or comfort with engineering in complex areas
