What you will do

• Take full ownership of two SaaS products in stabilization phase, evaluating architecture, tech stack, and operational challenges.
• Review, clean up, and prioritize existing product backlog to address performance, customer experience, and support issues.
• Define and maintain pragmatic product roadmap aligned with business and technical priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to drive execution and align on goals.
• Reduce operational overhead by improving stability, prioritization, and clarity.
• Identify improvements via modern tools, AI technologies, and structured processes as team grows.

Requirements

• 5–8 years in Product Management with SaaS or modern web platforms.
• Ability to analyze systems, identify challenges, and define direction in unstructured environments.
• Experience collaborating with engineering for development, accountability, and delivery.
• Strong ownership mentality for independent work in ambiguous settings.
• Professional-level English for communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Practical experience with AI tools for workflows or product capabilities.
• Familiarity with AWS, Python, Django, PostgreSQL, React, Snowflake.
• Experience with distributed remote teams across time zones.
