What you will do

• Define product vision and roadmap, balancing clinic user needs and business goals.
• Become domain expert in Medicare workflows including patient intake, eligibility verification, and reporting.
• Work directly with clinic staff (billers, office managers, providers) to uncover pain points and prioritize features.
• Collaborate with engineering team on UX.
• Make data-driven decisions using analytics to prioritize.
• Monitor product performance from inception to operational delivery.

Requirements

• Healthcare experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in product development.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in creating standard BA documentation (e.g., BRDs, user stories).
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration platforms.
