What you will do

• Manage 30-50 influencer placements per month independently
• Negotiate rates and contracts with mid-tier influencers
• Plan and test new acquisition hypotheses
• Analyze CAC/NPV and optimize based on data
• Manage allocated budgets autonomously

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish and English
• Deep knowledge of influencer industry, current trends, popular creators, and scandals
• Advanced Claude user
• Expertise in calculating CAC
• Experience with CRMs and database management
• Database of 40+ direct influencer contacts
• Knowledge of creating high-performing influencer content
