What you will do
- Lead the LATAM Customer Success team to deliver world-class outcomes in revenue retention, customer satisfaction, and service excellence.
- Work closely with team to ensure high retention rates and identify regional trends for expansion opportunities.
- Coach Customer Success Managers (CSMs) on delivering exceptional, culturally-resonant customer experiences.
- Drive performance measured by Renewal Rate, Sales ACV & Bookings, and other LATAM-specific KPIs.
Requirements
- Must be able to work remotely from Mexico or Brazil
- Strategic and people-oriented leadership experience in Customer Success.
- Ability to manage diverse, multi-market teams in LATAM.
- Focus on ROI realization across education and corporate segments.
