What you will do

• Lead the LATAM Customer Success team to deliver world-class outcomes in revenue retention, customer satisfaction, and service excellence.
• Work closely with team to ensure high retention rates and identify regional trends for expansion opportunities.
• Coach Customer Success Managers (CSMs) on delivering exceptional, culturally-resonant customer experiences.
• Drive performance measured by Renewal Rate, Sales ACV & Bookings, and other LATAM-specific KPIs.

Requirements

• Must be able to work remotely from Mexico or Brazil
• Strategic and people-oriented leadership experience in Customer Success.
• Ability to manage diverse, multi-market teams in LATAM.
• Focus on ROI realization across education and corporate segments.
