What you will do

• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to define learning objectives and create structured instructional programs.
• Design blended learning solutions including eLearning modules, self-paced content, virtual sessions, and on-the-job activities.
• Apply adult learning principles and evidence-based methodologies for engagement and retention.
• Leverage generative AI tools to build custom GPT-based solutions enhancing learning experiences.
• Ensure consistency, accessibility, and quality across all learning materials and formats.
• Manage project timelines, workflows, and cross-functional communication for timely delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or corporate training development.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern instructional design methodologies.
• Hands-on familiarity with generative AI tools and LLM capabilities/limitations.
• Experience prototyping and configuring AI-powered learning solutions like custom GPTs.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, iterative, collaborative environment with strong creativity and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
