What you will do

• Develop and lead unified content and creative strategy aligned with brand, marketing, fundraising, and engagement goals
• Oversee multi-format content creation across digital, social, print, video, and emerging channels

• Lead creative direction for storytelling concepts in campaigns and initiatives
• Shape human-centered stories from stakeholders and optimize using performance data
• Mentor creative team and manage external agencies for scalable execution

Requirements

• 10+ years in content strategy, creative direction, editorial leadership, or integrated marketing communications
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary creative and content teams
• Strong portfolio in multi-format storytelling across digital, visual, video, and emerging platforms
• Deep understanding of audience engagement, content metrics, and digital strategy
• Expertise in brand storytelling, narrative development, and visual identity
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
