What you will do

• Develop and execute hirify.global’s content strategy aligned with business goals and go-to-market priorities.
• Manage the editorial calendar and lead the creation of blogs, whitepapers, ebooks, and case studies.
• Establish the company's presence on platforms like Substack, Reddit, and GitHub discussions.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to create accurate technical content.
• Set the tone of voice and act as the senior editorial authority for all high-impact content.
• Analyze content performance and use metrics to refine distribution and formats.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content or editorial roles within payments, fintech, or SaaS.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills tailored for both business and technical audiences.
• Working knowledge of SEO best practices and website analytics.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and external agencies.
