What you will do

• Handle end-to-end content production: planning, shooting, and editing video, text, and audio.
• Manage contractors, maintain creator database, and coordinate work across formats.
• Develop video content strategy, define themes, formats, and styles aligned with audience and product goals.
• Plan shoots, manage schedules and timelines, ensure quality across all production stages.
• Analyze content performance, research trends, generate ideas, and optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, content, and design teams to align with business strategy.

Requirements

• Experience with variety of content formats (video, text, audio).
• Ability to evaluate content performance on platforms like YouTube, Meta.
• Experience analyzing market trends, user behavior, content performance using tools.
• Solid background in content creation and hands-on video production for different platforms.
• Strong writing, storytelling skills, visual aesthetics, awareness of trends.
• Creative thinking and idea generation.
