What you will do

• Translate business objectives into a cohesive content roadmap for the assigned healthcare category.
• Lead the scoping and design of test prep products, including question banks, flashcards, courses, and study guides.
• Own the canonical content library, making strategic decisions on whether to build, adapt, or retire assets.
• Oversee curriculum and test blueprint mapping to ensure taxonomy and traceability across content.
• Partner with SMEs and Talent teams to define contributor profiles and maintain high quality standards.
• Implement AI-enabled workflows to accelerate the generation of structured briefs and outlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in content strategy, test preparation, or professional education publishing.
• Must be located in the United States.
• Proven ability to manage content at a portfolio level rather than focusing on individual assets.
• Strong experience with curriculum or test blueprint mapping and maintaining traceability.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business goals into clear execution plans and requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience working with high-stakes or credentialing exam prep products.
• Familiarity with item quality standards and defensibility requirements.
• Experience using AI tools to improve content planning efficiency.
