TL;DR

Copywriter, Enterprise Growth (Healthtech): Craft compelling content for sales, partnerships, and thought leadership, translating complex AI Digital Twin metabolic health technology into persuasive narratives for employers, health plans, and brokers. Focus on developing sales enablement materials like pitch decks and one-pagers, event copy, and maintaining consistent brand voice across channels including LinkedIn.

Location: Remote (USA only). Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. No visa sponsorship.

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually

hirify.global applies AI Digital Twin technology exclusively toward metabolic health to improve and prevent chronic diseases like type 2 diabetes and obesity.

What you will do

  • Write content for business audiences including case studies, whitepapers, reports, paid ads, website content, and thought leadership
  • Develop sales enablement materials such as email sequences, pitch decks, landing pages, and one-pagers
  • Create conference and event materials including booth copy, signage, backdrops, swag, and promotional messaging
  • Translate complex product, clinical, and data-driven concepts into clear, value-driven messaging
  • Maintain consistent brand voice across enterprise channels including social media like LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate content production and strategy

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience writing enterprise content
  • Strong long-form, short-form, and persuasive writing skills across multiple formats
  • Experience writing for decision-makers like HR leaders, health plan execs, brokers
  • Ability to distill complex information into clear, credible narratives
  • Comfort collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Creative teams
  • Experience in B2B2C healthtech, employee benefits, SaaS, or healthcare
  • Willingness and/or experience leveraging AI tools with strong editorial judgment

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Experience with conference or event marketing
  • Comfort using data, research, or customer insights to support storytelling
  • Experience ghostwriting for executive leaders
