What you will do

• Define overarching themes and positioning for conferences to ensure a cohesive experiential journey across live and digital touchpoints.
• Recruit high-profile keynotes and contributors while managing advisory boards of industry practitioners and executives.
• Design experiential content strategies that translate seamlessly from on-site stages to digital platforms and social media.
• Curate session topics, formats, and supplementary materials to address current industry challenges and emerging trends.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to execute events across the portfolio and manage on-site speaker logistics.
• Serve as a senior voice for the company in the cybersecurity ecosystem, guiding market perspective and brand narrative.

Requirements

• 10+ years of senior experience in event content strategy, media, or B2B information leadership.
• Proven experience leading experiential live events with integrated digital and social media strategies.
• Demonstrated success building full-funnel content strategies tied to measurable audience and commercial outcomes.
• Strong analytical and operational skills with a track record of using KPIs and audience insights to shape strategy.
• Exceptional storytelling, editorial judgment, and executive communication skills.
• Must be based in the United States (NYC or Remote).
