What you will do

• Lead development and execution of strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and TPW client segment growth across DACH.
• Support local rollout of global/EMEA marketing initiatives for Institutional and Alternatives teams.
• Oversee coordinated marketing calendar harmonizing global content and local events.
• Develop integrated event calendar, plan regional events, sponsorships, and roadshows in key financial centers.
• Augment EMEA campaigns with locally tailored initiatives using email, digital, social, and other channels.
• Provide oversight and development for DACH Marketing team members.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English essential
• 10+ years in similar role at leading financial institution with proven track record
• Deep knowledge of asset management industry, DACH regulations, distribution channels, and client touchpoints
• Strong understanding of all marketing mediums including digital, social, and collateral
• Financial acumen, ability to synthesize information and develop compelling narratives
• Experience in matrixed organizations, strong communication, presentation skills
• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS)
