What you will do

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to define learning objectives and create structured instructional programs
• Design and develop blended learning solutions including eLearning modules, self-paced content, virtual sessions, and on-the-job activities
• Apply adult learning principles and evidence-based methodologies to ensure engagement, retention, consistency, accessibility, and quality
• Leverage generative AI tools to build and configure custom GPT-based solutions for enhanced learning experiences
• Manage project timelines, workflows, and cross-functional communication for timely delivery

Requirements

• Proven experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or corporate training development
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern instructional design methodologies
• Hands-on familiarity with generative AI tools and understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations
• Experience or interest in prototyping and configuring AI-powered learning solutions such as custom GPTs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative, and collaborative environment
• Strong creativity, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder management
