What you will do

• Leverage generative AI tools like custom GPTs to enhance learning experiences
• Ensure consistency, accessibility, and quality across all materials
• Manage project timelines, workflows, and cross-functional communication

Requirements

• Proven experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or corporate training
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern methodologies
• Hands-on familiarity with generative AI tools and LLM capabilities
