TL;DR
Customer Success - Scale - Western Europe (AI/SaaS): Partners directly with EMEA customers to drive adoption of AI platforms spanning speech models, creative tools, and agents with an accent on onboarding, usage analysis, and revenue outcomes. Focus on scaling success for 80+ accounts, identifying expansion opportunities, driving renewals and upsells, and turning technical success into revenue growth.
Location: Remote, United Kingdom. Strong understanding of the EMEA market landscape and cultural nuances required.

What you will do
- Administer onboarding and enablement for multiple products, advising on best practices for deploying across web, mobile, and backend systems.
- Analyze product usage and performance to identify friction, unblock adoption, and deliver measurable value.
- Own commercial outcomes for ~80 accounts, measured by Gross and Net Revenue Retention with emphasis on multi-product adoption.
- Identify expansion opportunities, drive renewals and upsells.
- Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success leadership.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience supporting complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products in the EMEA region
- Familiarity and experience with building and deploying AI agents
- Familiarity and experience with API integrations and navigating SDKs
- Proven experience driving revenue outcomes, owning quota, cross-sells, and renewals at scale
- Strong automation mindset for digital customer journeys across 150+ accounts
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English and German or French required
- Strong understanding of EMEA market and cultural nuances
- Self-motivated, able to work independently in remote environment
