What you will do

• Apply adult learning principles and evidence-based methodologies for engagement and retention
• Leverage generative AI tools to build custom GPT solutions and enhance learning experiences
• Ensure consistency, accessibility, and quality across all materials and formats
• Manage project timelines, workflows, and cross-functional communication for timely delivery

Requirements

• Proven experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or corporate training development
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern instructional design methodologies
• Hands-on familiarity with generative AI tools and LLM capabilities/limitations
• Experience prototyping and configuring AI-powered learning solutions like custom GPTs
• Ability to work in fast-paced, iterative, collaborative environment
