UI/UX Designer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with line manager and product managers.
• Create high-quality design assets including wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for mobile and web interfaces.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and propose solutions to UX problems.
• Conduct competitor analysis and user research.
• Ensure consistent and branded look across all company products.
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Design, UI/UX Design, Computer Science or relevant field.
• 2+ years’ experience as a UI/UX designer, product designer, or similar role.
• Proven experience in reading software documentation and producing design prototypes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-centered approach.
• Knowledge of wireframe tools and excellent knowledge of Figma.
• Ability to estimate and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
