What you will do

• Define and oversee complex user flows, information architecture, personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes aligned with user needs and business goals.
• Lead UI design ensuring intuitive interfaces, design system consistency, accessibility, and branding across platforms.
• Plan usability testing, analyze results, and drive iterative improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct user research via interviews, surveys, and studies; translate insights into design recommendations.
• Mentor junior/mid-level designers, manage workloads, provide feedback, and foster team development.
• Manage stakeholders, present designs, handle project timelines/budgets using Jira, and support sales with proposals.

Requirements

• Native Thai speaker mandatory; fluent spoken and written English.
• 6-10 years in similar role with outstanding portfolio of web/mobile designs.
• Expertise in Figma (components, design systems), interaction design, prototyping.
• Strong knowledge of mobile/web patterns, Apple's HIG, Google Material Design, graphic design principles.
• Experience with native apps and responsive websites.
• UX methods, design thinking; client-facing digital agency experience a plus.
