What you will do

• Design end-to-end user experiences delivering clear and intuitive solutions across digital products.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design frameworks to communicate ideas effectively.
• Partner with product, engineering, research, and marketing teams to align designs with user needs and business goals.
• Apply systems thinking for consistency and scalability across product experiences.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems and shared design patterns.
• Advocate for users while balancing technical feasibility, product priorities, and business constraints.
• Communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders in cross-functional environments.

Requirements

• Advanced English level (written and spoken) with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, or Interaction Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking, structured problem-solving, and clear rationale.
• Expertise in UX methodologies including journey mapping, flow design, and interaction patterns.
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar) with attention to visual and interaction details.
• Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams and ability to advocate design approaches to stakeholders.

Nice to have

• AI tooling proficiency to optimize workflows, including drafting, analysis, research, or automation.
• Experience with design systems, accessibility, inclusive design, user research, content strategy, or service design.
• Background in Agile product development environments.
