What you will do

• Lead complex user experience design including user flows, personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes aligned with business goals.
• Develop intuitive user interfaces ensuring design system consistency, accessibility, brand alignment, and platform compatibility.
• Plan and conduct usability testing, analyze findings, iterate designs, and incorporate team feedback.
• Oversee user research, translate insights into design recommendations, and drive ideation sessions.
• Mentor junior and mid-level designers, manage project timelines with tools like Jira, and collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to sales/marketing with proposals and evolve internal design frameworks.

Requirements

• Native Thai speaker mandatory and good command of written and spoken English essential.
• 4+ years experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of UX methods, design thinking, interaction design, and prototyping.
• Experience with Figma, components, and design systems.
• Strong understanding of mobile/web interface patterns, graphic design, color theory, fonts, and illustration.
• Outstanding design portfolio for web/mobile platforms.
