What you will do

• Lead the transition of media services for new business wins, from initial agreement to full operationalization.
• Work with the Global Account Director and new clients to define project objectives, scope, key milestones, and critical success measures.
• Liaise with workstream leads to define optimal onboarding processes and ensure teams are adequately set-up and resourced.
• Establish and maintain project governance structures, including status updates and risk/issue logs.
• Lead operational projects across people, technology, product, and digital domains.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and champion opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Progressive experience in project management, with experience in the media, marketing, advertising, or related professional services sectors.
• Qualified project manager with knowledge of project reporting tools and methodologies.
• Outstanding organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and manage expectations.
• Proven capability to lead cross-functional project teams and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk and issue management.

Nice to have

• Project Management Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or other relevant certifications.
• Experience in leading or contributing to change management projects.
• Knowledge of Agile project delivery methodologies.
• Experience leading or working on international projects.
• Prior experience working within hirify.global or a large agency network.
