What you will do
- Lead onboarding for Tier 1-3 customers, designing and delivering tailored plans to ensure seamless transition and long-term success.
- Act as subject matter expert on Smartly products, communicating solutions and implementing for customer needs.
- Coordinate internal teams for optimal onboarding, identifying quick wins, setting up reporting views, and showcasing feeds for automations.
- Deliver comprehensive platform training tailored to client challenges and goals.
- Take ownership of technical execution and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Qualify cases to ensure sales promises are delivered, fostering successful partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years digital experience, ideally with paid social (Meta) and programmatic media buying.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and tools.
- Experience with Google Sheets and Google Slides.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in fast-paced environment.
