What you will do
- Identify opportunities via market analysis and strategic outreach, engage prospects, and cultivate new business.
- Manage existing accounts, negotiate proposals, and anticipate client needs for strategic projects.
- Lead recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, coach teams, and manage consultant careers.
- Develop and execute annual business plans, oversee P&L, analyze financial performance, and optimize processes.
- Foster positive team environment and ensure high performance and engagement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years in similar position with experience in business development, client relations, or consulting management.
- Experience in recruiting, managing teams, financial analysis, recovery, and P&L management.
- Master’s degree in business or engineering.
- Turkish and English fluent.
- Structured, organized, competitive, collaborative, and innovative mindset in demanding environment.
