What you will do

• Evaluate and enhance the private bank's pricing ecosystem to align with business objectives.
• Analyze pricing strategies and methodologies to identify inefficiencies and drive profitability.
• Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to senior management on pricing structure design.
• Lead business development efforts and cultivate relationships with prospective private banking clients.
• Develop innovative pricing models, tools, and frameworks as intellectual property.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pricing strategy consulting or in-house pricing roles.
• Deep understanding of private banking service models (fee-based, commission-based, hybrid).
• Proficiency in data visualization tools to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor team members.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Singapore.
