What you will do
- Lead Lifestyle and FMCG consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide industry insights and strategic guidance across the value chain, including supply chain optimization, digital & data transformation, customer experience, and marketing & distribution performance.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and support team members to align delivery with firm goals.
- Drive business development: expand the client base, build relationships in Singapore, and develop commercial proposals to win high-value engagements.
- Manage and develop a team of consultants through coaching, goal setting, feedback, and leadership development.
- Contribute to BU SteerCo and represent the organization at industry events to shape sector direction and thought leadership.
Requirements
- 8+ years of management consulting experience, including 4+ years in team management and business development.
- Proven track record in business transformation across operational excellence, customer experience, digitalization, and innovation in FMCG and Lifestyle.
- Experience using AI, automation, and data-driven strategies to deliver business improvements.
- Strong ability to build and manage relationships at the C-suite level and provide strategic recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field is a plus.
- Demonstrated success originating and closing new business and exceeding personal revenue goals.
