TL;DR
CRM Intern (Marketing & Operations): Support execution of day-to-day CRM activities including one-off campaigns, promotions, and sponsorship activations in a fast-paced B2C sports app with an accent on multi-channel communications and customer engagement. Focus on campaign setup, QA, content creation, data segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
Location: Hybrid in Madrid (28001) or Barcelona, Spain. Must be based in Barcelona
Salary: 700 EUR/month stipend (35 hours/week)

What you will do
- Assist with setup, QA, and execution of CRM campaigns across email, push, in-app, WhatsApp, and other channels
- Contribute to content creation for monthly newsletters and community building
- Support sponsorship-related communications and activations
- Manage and segment customer data for retention campaigns
- Conduct A/B tests and analyze performance to optimize results
- Build automation flows, document processes, and maintain CRM platforms
- Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and assist with transactional email migration to Braze
Requirements
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data, or related field
- Based in Barcelona
- Clear communication in English (written and spoken)
- Interest in CRM, marketing campaigns, lifecycle automations, martech, and customer engagement
- Data-driven with creative mindset, storytelling skills, organization, and attention to detail
- Proactive, analytical, comfortable with data, A/B tests, and multi-tasking
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Braze), HTML, or email marketing
- Other languages
