What you will do

• Ensure quality of software delivered by the team, adhering to standards and frameworks.
• Provide visibility into team health, performance, and delivery commitments.
• Partner with PM and Product Owner to groom backlog and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead by example, mentor team, and act as role model for Agile practices.
• Oversee technical vision, design complex systems, mitigate risks, and perform code reviews.
• Promote best practices, extensibility, reusability, and review software for performance gains.

Requirements

• Advanced English level (spoken and written) required, with experience in multicultural environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, 8+ years software development experience.
• 5+ years leading high-performance transactional apps in Microsoft environments, expert in server-side and Angular.
• 2+ years in Team Lead role, 2+ years building cloud-native API-centric applications.
• Strong OOP, Agile/SCRUM/SAFe, client-facing communication skills.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, Kubernetes, Terraform, SQL Server, TDD/BDD/DDD.

Nice to have

• Financial Services/Wealth Management experience.
• Migrating monoliths to microservices/cloud architectures.
• Git/Maven in CI/CD environments.
