Requirements

• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
• Proven track record in architecture and design, specifically regarding reliability and scaling.
• Professional software development experience (non-internship).
• Proficiency in Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design.
• Active development experience within the last 3 years.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
