What you will do

• Lead back-end development using microservices architecture to meet complex business needs.
• Drive decision-making in application architecture and lead code reviews.
• Take full ownership of the SDLC, ensuring high coding standards and performant code.
• Design and implement comprehensive unit, integration, and functional test suites.
• Collaborate with PMs and Architects to deliver product roadmaps and planning.
• Mentor other engineers and make decisions that impact project phases and teamwork.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a server-side developer (C#, .NET, REST Web API).
• Strong experience with microservices and distributed systems (Communication Patterns, Distributed Transactions, Eventual Consistency).
• Proven experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• 3+ years of experience with advanced SQL (MSSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Mastery of Clean Code, OOP, OOD, Design Patterns, and engineering best practices.
• High level of expertise in unit and integration testing using xUnit.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AWS for upcoming cloud migration.
• Deep understanding of network protocols, REST conventions, and security flows.
• Knowledge of deployment patterns and automated CI/CD pipelines.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or an equivalent degree.
