TL;DR
Sales Enablement Trainer (Payments): Activating new Independent Sales Consultants (ISCs) through onboarding, coaching, and field support to build their skills, confidence, and sustainable selling habits with an accent on product knowledge, merchant onboarding, and performance tracking. Focus on delivering structured training, providing practical feedback, running 1:1s, and ensuring handovers to the sales team.
Hybrid in London, UK with remote flexibility and regular in-person connection.

What you will do
- Deliver structured onboarding for new ISCs covering products, pricing, tools, and merchant processes, adapting to their backgrounds.
- Coach ISCs in the field through shadowing, feedback, 1:1s, and follow-ups to build confidence and sustainable habits.
- Build community among new ISCs via groups, win celebrations, and approachable support.
- Maintain HubSpot accuracy, track progress, and surface insights to improve the program.
Requirements
- Experience selling payment solutions/merchant services is essential.
- Field sales experience selling to independent SMBs.
- Experience coaching and training is desired.
