What you will do

• Analyze KPIs and digital performance trends to support decision-making across digital products and partnerships.
• Conduct journey and funnel analytics to identify friction points and conversion opportunities.
• Build and evolve dashboards in Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to visualize digital and commercial performance.
• Collaborate with product teams to enrich event tracking and improve the quality of digital data models.
• Support experimentation practices by advising on hypotheses, setup, and post-test analysis.
• Use storytelling and visualization to communicate complex findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Data or Digital Analyst with a proven ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying structured and semi-structured data.
• High proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau, PowerBI, Looker or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of CRO principles and statistical significance.
• Must be based in or able to work from the central London office once per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in travel, aviation, or loyalty domains.
• Familiarity with commercial and channel performance analysis.
• Experience enabling reporting maturity within organizations.
