What you will do

• Analyze large, complex data sets to extract actionable insights regarding player behavior, game performance, and trends.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define key metrics, implement analytical frameworks, and establish data collection processes.
• Own end-to-end analytical projects, including feature inception, A/B experimentation design, and final interpretation of results.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to influence the product roadmap and translate data insights into business outcomes.
• Optimize game economies and prioritize features to maximize player engagement and satisfaction.
• Communicate complex findings and recommendations through compelling reports and presentations to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a Business Intelligence related role.
• Solid proficiency in SQL and experience working with large data sets.
• Working knowledge of visualization tools such as Looker, Qlikview, Tableau, or PowerBI.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to convey complex results across the organization.
• Strong desire to work with mobile games.
• Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid)

• Experience within the gaming industry.
• Exposure to BigQuery.
• Experience with Python or R.
