What you will do

• Work with Account Executives to deliver successful Proof of Values and manage live projects from planning to final review
• Act as product expert, supporting sales in converting prospects
• Understand prospect use cases, review requirements during Proof of Value
• Serve as trusted adviser on the product to prospects
• Collaborate with Support and Technical Operations to resolve customer issues
• Support Customer Success to maximize ROI for existing customers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in STEM discipline, with distinction; interest in legal encouraged
• Highly detail-oriented with problem-solving attitude
• Strong technical acumen to understand, translate, and simplify concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent communication skills for bridging customer needs and internal teams including Product and Engineering
• Organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to travel for work

• Prior experience at high-growth startup, especially in Solutions or Sales Engineering
