What you will do

  • Develop and oversee group benefit programs like medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and country-specific benefits with regional managers.
  • Coordinate benefit processing, review and approve billing.
  • Build partnerships with benefits brokers and vendors as primary contact.
  • Assist new employees with benefits and compensation enrollment.
  • Research and respond to employee and management questions on benefit plans.
  • Evaluate and design new corporate benefit plans and programs, scaling from scout to implementation.

Requirements

  • Writes and speaks fluent English
  • Minimum 3 years experience in employee welfare benefits
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong organizational, time management, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
