What you will do

• Load, validate, and reconcile billing data for accurate invoice generation
• Monitor automated invoicing, manage exceptions, and resolve root causes
• Process manual invoices and respond to billing queries via Freshdesk
• Reconcile credit card spend, ledger coding, VAT, taxes, and cost allocations
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Finance, Operations, and Customer Service
• Support audits, compliance, and process improvements

Requirements

• Experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance administration
• Strong numerical accuracy with high-volume transactional data
• Competent in financial systems, billing platforms, CRM tools, and Excel
• Clear professional communication skills
• Highly organised, resilient, proactive, and adaptable
• AAT (Level 2–4) or working towards, NVQ Level 2/3 in Accounting/Finance, or relevant degree/diploma
• Previous experience in regulated or audit-controlled finance environment
