TL;DR

Assistant Finance Analyst (Corporate and Consumer): Support delivery of P2P operational and strategic objectives, including governance of offshore service provider and integration into Comcast operations with an accent on financial operations, creditor ledger management, and process improvements. Focus on resolving escalated queries, managing ServiceNow tickets, ensuring audit compliance, and building stakeholder relationships.

Location: Hybrid working approach with 2 days a week onsite in Livingston campus (UK)

What you will do

• Support P2P operational and strategic objectives, governing offshore provider (Accenture) for accurate outputs and onshore/offshore collaboration.
• Deliver hirify.global’s integration into Comcast operations, collaborating across P2P, Finance, Accenture, and Comcast for knowledge sharing and continuity.
• Act as SME in Financial Operations, resolving aged creditor items, blocked transactions, VIM issues, and escalated queries.
• Manage ServiceNow tickets within KPIs, support vendor onboarding, and handle audit documentation and fraud investigations.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to deliver customer-focused service.
• Challenge and improve processes, policies, and controls for efficiency and compliance.

Requirements

• Hybrid working: 2 days a week onsite in Livingston campus
• Strong financial experience with Accounts Payable and end-to-end P2P process.
• Knowledge of P2P control framework, audit requirements, and financial policies.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, using Excel, Power BI, and Copilot 365.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide recommendations.
