What you will do

• Partner with VP and QPU Lead Expert to develop technical roadmaps, KPIs, and project portfolios
• Lead cross-functional projects and provide hands-on technical contributions in system engineering
• Identify bottlenecks and drive operational improvements using structured problem-solving
• Coordinate with PMO and TechOps for reliable department delivery and set up production organization
• Support VP office by preparing meetings, tracking KPIs, and representing the department externally

Requirements

• 4+ years in high-growth environments: scale-ups, venture capital, or M&A
• Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
• Proficient in English and French
• Strategy & Corporate Analysis, Roadmapping & Organizational Structuring
• Systems-Level Technical Reasoning, Analytical Rigor
