Cloud Site Reliability Engineer, CX (Observability): Administer and support observability tools in hybrid cloud environments including AWS with an accent on monitoring, alerting, and automation. Focus on troubleshooting agents, creating dashboards, deploying solutions via automation, and collaborating with teams to solve complex observability challenges.

Philippines - Manila (hybrid: 2 days office, 3 days remote)

What you will do

Administer open-source, custom, and enterprise observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog.
Assist teams with alerts, notifications, and troubleshooting observability tools and agents on Windows/Linux.
Configure monitoring using JSON/YAML, collect data from APIs, and create visualization dashboards.
Deploy agents and applications using automation tools like Ansible/Terraform, eliminate toil with scripts.
Collaborate with teams to engineer observability solutions, provide training, and evaluate emerging technologies.

Requirements

Associate degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent experience.
Experience in SaaS/hybrid cloud environments (Philippines - Manila hybrid required).
Strong troubleshooting skills for root cause analysis, network issues, REST APIs.
Experience with observability tools (Prometheus/Grafana, Datadog, etc.), scripting (Bash/Python/Go), config formats (JSON/YAML).
Automation tools (Ansible/Terraform/Puppet), Windows/Linux administration.
Great communication and ability to guide others.
