What you will do

  • Design, build, and support secure, scalable technical infrastructure solutions.
  • Automate operational processes and deployment pipelines using Terraform, Chef, and Jenkins.
  • Monitor service health using SLOs and SLIs to ensure high availability and rapid incident response.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define infrastructure designs for new and existing projects.
  • Lead troubleshooting and preventative maintenance to ensure system uptime and performance.
  • Mentor junior associates and foster a culture of shared learning and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience with commercial service infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services.
  • Strong understanding of system design, DevOps principles, and deployment automation.
  • Proficiency with automation tools like Terraform, Chef, Jenkins, Python, or Shell.
  • Working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Azure.
  • 5–7+ years of programming and application systems experience.
  • Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and next-generation design patterns.
