What you will do

• Provide cultural and organizational leadership for the Kraków site, supporting 400+ technical professionals.
• Partner with talent acquisition to promote the employer brand and ensure hiring plans meet engineering needs.
• Advise senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Manage complex employee relations matters and conduct objective internal investigations.
• Ensure strict compliance with Polish employment law and European HR practices.
• Collaborate with global total rewards teams to implement market-relevant compensation and benefits.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years supporting technology or engineering organizations.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Deep knowledge of Polish labor law and European HR practices.
• Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and navigating matrixed organizations.
• Familiarity with technical career frameworks and software development environments.
• Must be based in Krakow, Poland to lead the local site.

• Proficiency in Belarusian or Ukrainian languages.
