What you will do

• Design and implement a group-wide employer branding strategy across PL, UK, FR, IT, and Iberia.
• Manage end-to-end EB projects including recruitment campaigns, ambassador programs, and ESG initiatives.
• Collaborate with local HR and marketing teams to ensure cross-market coordination.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and organizational leaders.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to drive data-based improvements in EB effectiveness.
• Support group-wide recruitment and onboarding initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluent English (C1/C2) required for daily communication.
• Proven experience in employer branding, HR, or communication within a complex international organization.
• Practical AI proficiency: must demonstrate active use of AI tools for content creation, data analysis, or automation.
• Strong ability to work with data, metrics, and KPIs.
• Experience managing projects in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• High level of autonomy and comfort in a dynamic, technology-driven setting.
