What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end quoting process and structure commercial terms for standard and enterprise deals.
• Review customer-facing order forms, MSAs, and addenda to ensure commercial accuracy and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with Finance on revenue recognition and Legal on contract escalations and redlines.
• Maintain data hygiene in Salesforce and optimize quote workflows using CPQ tools.
• Develop Deal Desk documentation, playbooks, and training materials to reduce deal friction.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations within a SaaS or tech company.
• Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid).
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM (required) and experience with CPQ tools.
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models, including ARR/MRR metrics and subscription pricing.
• Familiarity with commercial contract structures such as MSAs, SOWs, and order forms.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority deals simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, Ironclad, or DocuSign CLM.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606).
• Experience supporting strategic enterprise deals with complex commercial structures.
