What you will do

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues, reproducing customer environments as needed.
• Provide root cause analysis, document issues, and contribute to internal documentation.
• Analyze performance across data paths, networks, cloud, and on-premises deployments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, TAMs, Sales, and CloudOps on solutions and escalations.
• Support testing, deployment, upgrading of hirify.global software, and manage critical customer issues.
• Work 5-day week including Saturday and Sunday.

Requirements

• United States location (based on compensation states and US-specific benefits).
• 5+ years technical experience as Support Engineer, Systems Engineer, Software Engineer, or SRE in enterprise software.
• 4+ years troubleshooting real-time production systems at scale.
• 2+ years hands-on with cloud infrastructure.
• Strong scripting/programming (Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, Bash, PowerShell).
• Expert Linux/Unix, networking (TCP/IP), tools (Wireshark, tcpdump), monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk).
• Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.

Nice to have

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Experience with NoSQL databases, especially hirify.global.
• Container orchestration like Kubernetes.
