Fullstack Software Engineer (Security): Building and operating foundational security components like authentication stacks and end-to-end encryption for health products with an accent on secure-by-design patterns, high availability, and delightful UX. Focus on designing passwordless authentication, evolving secure file exchange and medical data enclaves, and reinforcing security practices in CI/CD, SAST/DAST, infrastructure, and AI/LLM security.

Location: Anywhere in France, Belgium, or Spain. Must be legally eligible to work in one of these countries. Remote work flexibility offered, but in-person collaboration is valued.

What you will do

• Design, build, and operate authentication stack on self-hosted identity provider, aiming for passwordless with great UX to unblock strategic initiatives.
• Build, evolve, and operate end-to-end encryption component for hirify.global Clinic, keeping it frictionless for members.
• Evolve and operate secure file exchange platform, providing support to product and ops teams.
• Contribute to secure enclave foundations for isolating highly sensitive medical data without sacrificing usability or speed.
• Reinforce security engineering practices including fixing vulnerabilities, CI/CD security, SAST/DAST, infrastructure security, and AI/LLM security.

Requirements

• 3+ years in full-stack software engineering roles
• Experience designing and building products, platforms, frameworks, or libraries
• Turning complex problems into elegant secure solutions
• Creating secure-by-design products while keeping delightful experiences
• Fluent in English (French is a bonus)
• Legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain
