What you will do

• Act as a technical relay, facilitating and enabling the engineering team rather than working as a solo contributor.
• Contribute directly to the codebase, implementing major features and resolving critical bugs.
• Supervise and animate technical topics both within your team and across the organization.
• Promote best practices to ensure high standards of code quality and system performance.
• Coach and support engineers through pair programming, code reviews, and regular feedback.
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Product Owners to size tasks and plan the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a proven track record of reliable delivery.
• Strong experience building and maintaining high-availability SaaS products, focusing on observability and scalability.
• Advanced technical skills in NodeJS, React, GraphQL, and Elasticsearch.
• Ability to drive architectural improvements and make pragmatic technical trade-offs.
• Comfortable working in a full-remote, async-first environment.
• Must be based in France.
